CANCELLATION POLICY

All appointments require a $20 non- refundable deposit. (no refunds) if (you) the client cancels. Clients past 10 minutes late without notice are considered no shows and appt. will be canceled. once 10 minute mark has been met you will be charged an extra $10. “no shows” will be charged 50% of the service amount. NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BOOK AGAIN. You must Confirm your appointment. if there is no communication upon your appointment it will be canceled! (atleast 24 hrs before scheduled appointment) If you have a reference picture please send it after you’ve booked to ensure i have what you’re looking for! Please come with nothing on your nails. payments are accepted as CASH ONLY i do not and will not work on any work that is not my own!
